If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply fill in the returns form, then send the package back to us.

Returns requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order. The return must be posted within 14 days after the return documents have been received. The refund will be credited to your bank or PayPal account within 14 days of its arrival at Eider. We can also credit you with a voucher, which is redeemable on all Eider websites for 1 year. Please note that the original shipping cost (when the order was first sent to the customer) is only refundable if the entire order is returned.

HOW DO I GET REFUNDED ?

Go to your online space and go to the My Orders tab, then choose the order concerned and the products to be returned. You will receive a pre-paid label at our address in Switzerland and a return form by email. A fee of 3.99 CHF will be deducted from your refund, this is a returns handling fee.

You can drop your parcel at the nearest post office or ask your postman to pick it up directly at your home.

If you'd like:

A refund: if your item(s) are sent back unused and in its original packaging, your refund will be processed in 14 days after the delivery. You will be refunded directly on the method of payment you used during your shopping.
A voucher: The Eider voucher will be available for a year at eider.ch and you will be notified by email as soon as it is available.
